Jacob Hand is a Chicago-based professional photographer. His photography has been featured in various regional and national magazines, as well as numerous catalogs, books and advertisements. Jeff Kauck specialises in food photography. His work has garnered numerous accolades, including a James Beard nomination for his work on 'The Spiaggia Cookbook'.

His original training as a water colourist is reflected in his lighting style and sense of composition.

Whether it is creating a global standard for a brand or telling an editorial story, Jeff’s international client base depends on his collaborative working style to bring their artistic vision to life.

Chicago-based advertising and commercial photographer Ali Engin, picked up a camera when he was 17 years old, and since then this apparatus has given him countless excuses to visit unique and wonderful places that he may never have seen.

Engin, who specialises in sports, action and fitness images, draws his artistic vision from his own experiences of competing in three Ironman races, 17 half-Ironmans, six Olympic triathlons, seven marathons, and a 5K. He writes on his website: “I have not qualified for Ironman Hawaii, or the Boston Marathon and I have yet to run a sub-3-hour marathon. I do, however, know what it takes to give 100 percent to anything you set your mind to… being an athlete gives me a different perspective to other photographers.”

Mark Wiens has over 20 years of experience shooting conceptual still life and product images. Merging interests in science, technology and design, he has developed special techniques for difficult to photograph materials and subjects.

Recognised for his graphically clean images, Mark is also known for his lighting style and innovative approach to challenging subject matter. Wry humour and fresh looks at everyday objects characterise his conceptual work while his product photography is noted for its elegant lighting and simple, iconographic composition.

Al MacDonald is a food and advertising photographer conveniently located near Chicago's O'Hare airport. For over 35 years he has been commissioned by leading food companies and restaurants from several countries. Al and his current business partner, Renee, have created an impressive body of work for the food industry. They have extensive experience in producing photos for frozen food retail packaging as well as B2B advertising, recipe illustration and foodservice applications.

His 5400 sq. ft. studio facility has a comfortable client lounge and an extensive prop room. The large fully equipped kitchen has KitchenAid Pro series appliances along with additional commercial refrigeration and freezers. Al uses a large format Sinar digital system which produces files capable of enlargement for point of sale posters as well as trade show booth displays and outdoor boards.

Paul Elledge is a photographer and film-maker whose clients include major advertising agencies, design firms and corporations. He has been honored with numerous national and international awards including being included as one of the top '200 Best Advertising Photographers in the World'.

Paul has worked with many celebrities and magazines such as Oprah Winfrey, Billy Corgan, Jennifer Hudson, Willie Nelson, Fast Company, Men's Health, Rolling Stone and Time.
His work has appeared worldwide in galleries and museums. Paul’s book 'Luna, Bella Luna' chronicles the people of Vesale, Italy. He has also collaborated on several books with chefs Charlie Trotter and Rick Bayless.

Paul recently returned from working on two personal projects in Cuba and Italy. Summer projects included national pharmaceutical campaigns and rebranding for a financial institution. This fall starts out with a major project for the iconic American brand Weber-Stephens.

James Schnepf has traveled the United States and the world for years making photographs for a long list of America’s top corporations, magazines, design firms and ad agencies. Schnepf’s forte is capturing authentic portraits of people in their environments.

Some clients include PespiCo, Harley Davidson, General Motors, Southern Company, ROLLING STONE, TIME, FORTUNE and HBO.

Along with assignment work he is always pursuing personal projects and exploring new worlds – his most recent being the Palm Springs Project, which celebrates the people behind the midcentury architecture and lifestyle in Palm Springs, CA.

Born in the north suburbs of Chicago, Andrea Mandel cannot remember a time when she didn’t feel most at home behind a camera. It was this passion that led her to study and graduate with a degree in photography from Syracuse’s acclaimed Newhouse School. This experience confirmed that photography would be her life’s work and would also take her back home to Chicago to pursue her career as a professional photographer.

Andrea specialises in shooting people, and it is the unique relationships she captures between people that interests her most. With years of professional experience, she travels frequently for work, with clients ranging from Huggies to Purina.

When Andrea isn’t taking pictures for work, she is probably taking photos for pleasure, or biking around the globe.
 

Robert Beczarski picked up a camera when he was pretty young, and has not put it down since. Photography became his passion. He arrived in Chicago 20 years ago, from where he continues to pursue a freelance photography career  specialising in fashion, beauty, portrait and children photography.

He brings a classic and modern approach to photography - with an artistic, unique lighting approach, each image tells a story.

Robert has worked with many clients in Europe and the US, and has contributed to numerous publications.

Mark Battrell is a Chicago-based experienced photographer, who brings vision, enthusiasm, and a desire to produce the best possible work to every assignment.

Mark works well in collaborative creative situations or shooting solo. Primarily a location portrait photographer, Mark is comfortable shooting a wide variety of genres, including still life, decorative, fine art, documentary and photojournalism.

Susan Kinast is a dedicated photographer specialising in food for nearly 30 years. She passionately composes mouth watering, eye catching images whether it's a just picked selection from the farmer's market, a frozen pizza, or a box of crackers. All present their own unique challenge to find its beauty and bring out the most appetising qualities from within.

Working in editorial, advertising, print, photography, video, and film, she has styled for clients such as Crate & Barrel, Kohl’s, Subway, Aldi and Quaker. She has been featured in major publications such as Bon Appetit, Chicago Magazine and Time Out Chicago.
