David Locke London - Brighton photographers

David Locke is a portrait photographer who now lives in Brighton after moving from London, where he still works.

After studying photography at college 30 years ago, David decided to become a graphic designer and a decade later, art-director. He has spent his entire working life in imagery, almost all for household names. David can bring a lot of creativity and style to any shoot, adapting to changing situations. He thinks fast on his feet to achieve the sort of look he gets and no environment outside of the studio poses a creative problem.

David specialises in portraits which often have a calmness and an intimate feel between the sitter and the audience. His ‘late-night radio’ voice has given him the ability to put even the most nervous clients at ease, extracting just the right look from the people he photographs.

He has worked with some of the world's best known brands such as Google, Skype, Microsoft, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, McDonald's, Channel 4, BBC, GE, SEGA and many, many more.
