Olivia Beasley likes to create a narrative in her photographs showing people in real places or constructed environments to give a sense of time and place. Her story ideas often begin with a written text which can be re-imagined as still and moving images.

This same approach is used by Olivia on portraits, fashion or still life projects. She enjoys collaborating with people, "the people I’m photographing and everyone that helps me make reality look a little bit better".
