Chiara firmly believes that "what you see has the power to affect your taste in everything you do and think". With her inquisitive eye, she cultivates her love for the aesthetic, and to create the perfect aesthetical balance has become Chiara's key focus in photography.
Each dish has its unique story. Each ingredient its place and all components a purpose. While they evoke memories through the photography of food, they hope to take diners on an exploration of age-old techniques, local elements and expressions of flavours.

Chiara Ye was born in China and at the age of she five she moved to Parma in Italy, a country well known for its rich artistic and cultural heritage.
In Parma she began studying art at high school, where she developed a passion for the visual arts, theatre and film. During her studies, Chiara attained a comprehensive knowledge of the arts as a whole, coupled with an innate creative and fresh “eye”, that was seen as totally unique in her field.
Once reunified with her origins in China, she had the opportunity to experience a broad range of challenges, and opened herself up to embracing new food, style and culture. Chiara’s works display evident influences of art throughout different periods of history, from Renaissance to Neoclassicism all the way to Modern Art and Contemporary.
