The Asociación de Fotógrafos Profesionales de España - AFPE (Profesional Photographers' Association of Spain) was founded in 1984. Its mission is to promote excellence and provide quality services to it's members as well as defend the collective interests of professional photographers. Some of the most acclaimed photographers are long-standing members of the AFPE, as well as young up-coming talents.

The AFPE organises talks such as the 'Reencuentros' and events like AFPE Open House, which are open to the entire photographic community to discuss matters related to professional photography.

The AFPE promotes the work of its members, represents their interests and informs agencies, government bodies and the general public about the cultural importance of photography. This aim is reflected prominently through the LUX Professional Photography Awards, which in 2014 celebrated its 22nd anniversary.

Shooting extensively for car manufacturers, Sébastien Mauroy has been working as a freelance automotive photographer for more than 17 years and is still very, very excited about it!

Check out his latest work with the new Lexus RCF and Lexus NX 200t. Early this year, Sébastien shot the very first photos of the new Toyota Avensis revealed at the 2015 Geneva motor show.
