An ELLE Style award nominee, Jonas was raised in a small town in the Danish countryside, surrounded by creative people. After starting out in life working in IT computer programming, he transitioned into working with Graphics. But Jonas’ passion for photography quickly began to bloom when he realised that he was taking beautiful pictures everywhere he travelled and was captivated by opportunities available to him using his first digital camera.
Jonas is a very technical photographer and is an observer of the fine details. In terms of fashion photography he believes the key to making models look their best is to get them back to the point where they are the most honest and truest to themselves.

Anders Sølvsten Thomsen Copenhagen fashion stylists
Anders Sølvsten Thomsen is an industry leading fashion stylist and consultant. He was raised in Kolding, Denmark and relocated to London in 1998. After extensive travelling around the world, he began his studies in Fashion Photography and Styling at the London College of Fashion, during which he was made Katie Grand’s first assistant.
In 2006, he was part of the team that launched LOVE Magazine where he sat as Fashion Director until going freelance in 2015.
Anders has contributed to several international publications including Garage Magazine, Interview Magazine, German Interview, GQ Style, L’Officiel Hommes Italia and Flair Italia.

Announcing the third Food Photo Festival set for Vejle, Denmark from 22 - 25th October.
With a line-up of top photographers exhibiting their work and cutting-edge conferences and workshops on the programme, Food Photo Festival is a bi-annual event that brings together food photography professionals from all over the world to present their work, share experiences, discuss the latest trends, meet potential partners for new projects and participate in conferences and workshops.
The highlight of the festival will see the 2015 'Food Photo Awards' take place in the evening of Saturday 24th October.
“Denmark has always been a reference in terms of style and design and during the last decade has become a trailblazer in the world of haute cuisine," explains festival director Günter Beer. "Denmark has experienced an explosion of successes with its celebrated chefs, acclaimed restaurants and culinary innovations. The most inspiring place to be as a food photographer or food stylist is definitely Denmark!”
