Half Greek, half American Charlie Makkos is a 33-year-old, ambitious fashion and portraiture photographer who is never afraid to visually experiment and transform his subjects into vibrant and powerful figures.

He has photographed campaigns for major Greek clothing companies and so far has worked for the likes of Next Top Model Greece (both seasons), Glamour, Esquire, Men’s Health and Cosmopolitan (Greek editions), earning him respect within the Greek fashion industry. On an international scale, Charlie's work has appeared in publications such as Superior, Papercut, See.7 and C-Heads.

His portraits of leading figures from all sorts of art and entertainment backgrounds, both Greek and international, include Dita Von Teese, Victoria Silvstedt and Adrianna Sklenarikova, to name but a few.
