Cinemagraph is an interesting technique that adds motion to a photo. It is a static image that suddenly comes to life.
Since 2012, Alessandro Michelazzi Studio has produced cinemagraphs and content for personal research, and also for brands that are looking for innovative ways to present themselves. In recent years, cinemagraphs have a growing online presence thanks to the possibilities of the video loop embedding technique, thus going beyond the limitations of frame rate and colour palette of the gif format.
Alessandro Michelazzi Studio continues to work in the research process on the language of this new media: "We are looking into a new frontier: to combine virtual / 3D objects for new outputs linked to NFT art technologies."
"Hello creatives!
Getting the attention of your audience can be difficult. Stopping the scroll is the goal. Whether it be a cinemagraph, parallax, stop motion or an animated gif, I have created a ton of engaging pieces of content that have done the trick with lots of my clients."
