"I’m a commercial food, beverage and product photographer. Originally from a small town in MA, I’ve spent the last 15 years in LA working in all aspects of the photo industry, now with a concentration on food, because who doesn’t like hanging out with snacks?

I bring this well rounded background and some old-fashioned punk rock resourcefulness to every project big or small!

Food is an important part of our lives, it’s what makes us feel safe, how we show our love and what we worry about when times are tough. So it’s very important to me not to waste the food I photograph.

Most of the food I work with gets shared or donated after, and I strive to avoid any tricks that render it inedible. Food waste and scarcity are big issues that affect our communities and I hope to combat both in my career."

"I’m Rebecca, a food, beverage and product photographer based in Los Angeles with more than a decade of experience behind the camera.

I’ve worked in an array of specialties over the years including: beauty, portraiture, cosmetic product and now focused on food and beverage. This unusual path has honed my skills, on set problem solving, food and product styling, set creation, and on the fly posing, resulting in a pretty well rounded versatility and kept me quick on my toes! It also helped me manage the drama of 2020, during which I was able to transition into remote shooting, independently style shoots and created an on hand prop archive to help accommodate shoots when prop sourcing was challenging.

Since food is supremely important, to respect it properly I strive to avoid harmful food styling tricks that will render the food inedible and whenever possible donate leftovers from set as I know firsthand how prevalent food scarcity is in all of our communities.

    I’m also reasonably fun."

I’ve worked in a wide array of photographic specialties from beauty and portraiture, to cosmetics and now focused on everything food. This weird path makes me an expert in on set problem solving, food and product styling, creative set building, and on the fly posing, resulting in a well rounded versatility, prepared for any hiccups along the way.

I’ve shot for restaurants, cookbooks, ad campaigns and social media for clients like Maybelline, Dole, Endorphin Chocolate, Hungryroot, Belcampo, many excellent alcohol brands and food charities like Food Forward
