ALL IN Production was founded in 2009 and is based in Zurich, Switzerland. During these years of producing a wide variety of images and films, they have made connections and friends all over the world. They are an all FINTA Team and care about creating safe workspaces for everyone.

ALL IN works with passion and awareness, and thinking eco-conscious has always been very close to their hearts.

These last months have been great for ALL IN. One of their services is location scouting, and their wide connections in Switzerland were very helpful for the Hatex shoot. They also produced a beautiful image campaign with the photographer duo apricotberlin for Zuercher Kantonal Bank. Other shoots, such as their international image campaign for Philips and Swatch, and their Calida Autumn/Winter campaign with photographers Petrovsky&Ramone were other successful projects they had the privilege to work on.

ALL IN Production has been organising film and photo productions in Switzerland and all around the world.

They work for agencies, direct to client and on every hybrid project in between, approaching each project with their full hearts and minds, no matter the size, scope or budget. They have more than 20 years of history of high quality productions and premium services with clients and agencies, as well as with the crews and suppliers.

ALL IN was able, even though 2020 definitely was a rather different year, to produce big campaigns.

They started working with a certified set medic on set, where all shoot attendees undergo temperature checks before entering the set. ALL IN has managed to incorporate it as usual without losing their charming spark and good vibes.

This year they started even more motivated and feeling inspired with new ideas and have adjusted these “new” ways of working and producing photo and film-shoots.

They produced for brands such as: Audi, WELLA, Bank Cler, Migros Bank, Die Mobiliar and for a big international pharma group, where they cast over 200 multicultural people over the age of 65.

New locations and a new adjusted work style, the ALL IN ladies are ready to provide the best full-service productions.

"ALL IN started this year to shoot in a majestical ice canyon for none other than Montblanc watches. To work under such icy conditions has been a great challenge and also an amazing experience – we loved it!

We had the chance to produce and organise one of their highlights of the year: the social project for Pro Infirmis, a private disability assistance organisation in Switzerland. We recreated childhood memories; surely all of us can relate. Their slogan “Wie du und Ich” means "like you and me", and we travelled through the whole country to find the perfect location with the same lighting as the memento picture.

It has been such a wonderful experience, working with amazing people and recreating another very special memory."

ALL IN had the privilege to participate in two social projects. One of them was for a Swiss label that produces unique socks. "We had the pleasure to recreate movie scenes and let our creativity flow."

The second project was for an organisation that represents private disability assistance in Switzerland called Pro Infirmis. The photo locations were in a changing room and on top of a mountain, working with incredible people.

"It was truly magical and ALL IN loves to be part of unique productions that touches not only our eyes but also our minds."

Who is ALL IN?

Dhondup is ALL IN! Founder and head of production, she’s a real pro in producing. After all, she has 20 years of experience and with her charm she’ll put a smile on everyone’s face! Her Tibetan roots make her the perfect mix of business and fun.

Aliza is ALL IN! Also known as “Lizzy with the good hair”, she started her producing career in Paris and has worked alongside names like Vogue and Karl Lagerfeld. She joined the ALL IN family in 2014, and with her international experience and work ethic she’s a perfect fit alongside Dhondup.
