Peri Demirbas graduated from the Department of Graphic Arts at Anadolu University, School of Fine Arts, in 2000. She went on to work as an art director in advertising agencies for seven years, and has been doing freelance retouching work for the past three years. After graduating from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts Faculty in 1994, Ali Ozatalay began working as an advertising photographer. He founded his own studio in 2003 and now covers a wide range of genres, including automotive, jewellery, food, and much more.

He won 1st place in the Siemens Art Contest in 1995 with a photograph entitled 'The Coffee of an Artist', and has exhibited his work in galleries including Contre Point at IFSAK and the Pera Museum.

A photographer with a vast range and extensive international experience, Istanbul-based Koray Erkaya began his professional career nearly two decades ago. He has worked as both a photographer and director for still and film shoots, from the highly commercial to the avant-garde in architecture, couture fashion and fast-paced location-based productions.

Koray has shot a host of glamorous luxury hotels for clients including Hyatt International - from Zurich to Cairo and many in-between - as well as Swisshotel and the The Sumahan Hotel. He is enormously respected for his beautiful use of lighting, design sensibility and a relentless dedication to projects.

Koray also has an extensive portfolio of work related to high fashion and design, most recently shooting for MiuMiu, Hermes and Marcel Wanders.

Internationally practicing Turkish photographer Merve Hasman was born in Zurich, Switzerland. Her passion for photography began when she was given a Helmut Newton book as a present.

Merve studied photography at the School of Visual Arts in New York, where she also assisted renowned fashion photographer, Steven Klein. She later worked for successful Turkish photographer Tamer Yilmaz, who taught her how to manage her own business.

Working with accomplished photographers and interacting with people from internationally diverse backgrounds has informed Merve's inspirations and enabled her to grow as an enthusiastic professional photographer. She continues to work freelance.

Murat Kivrak was born in 1972. He currently lives in Istanbul and focuses on fashion, beauty, celebrity, advertising and fine art images. He has been creating images for brands, media and celebrities in the media and production industries since 1988.

Born in Istanbul in 1978, Yagmur Kizilok began his career as a photographer after a trip to Florence at the age of 15. He lives and works in Istanbul and often travels for jobs to different cities around Europe. He studied Visual Communication and Design at Bilgi University and worked with the PPR Turk photography agency between 2004 and 2008. He received the Sisley Europe Young Talent Award in 2005 and regularly exhibits his work.

Hakan Urfalioglu began his career as a part-time fashion stylist while studying for a degree in Psychology. He worked as a stylist on fashion shoots for a variety of magazines, and while studying for his Masters in Organisational Behaviour he became fashion editor for FHM magazine. Later in his career, Hakan became fashion editor for Rolling Stone magazine while simultaneously styling for Arena, Marie Claire, Esquire and T3.

Hakan has also styled for various TV commercials, advertising campaigns and music videos, as well as catalogue and image campaigns for numerous textile and fashion brands. Additionally, he writes about fashion for a range of websites and does visual merchandising for a leading jeans company.

Hakan continues his work as a freelance fashion stylist and producer in Istanbul.

Meryem Yilmaz studied tourism and hotel management before going on to complete a styling course at the same time as working as a tattoo artist. Through her natural creativity and love of fashion, she eventually found herself in the make-up world.

Meryem won second prize at the 2009 Turkish Beauty Form Make-up Championships, and in the same year also gained national training certificates for professional make-up. She currently works as a freelance make-up artist for photography, TV and special events clients with a varied portfolio including classical, creative, special effects make-up and body painting. Her work has appeared in magazines, album covers, fashion shoots and celebrity portraiture.
