Christoph Voy's work encompasses a rich spectrum of music, reportage and fashion photography. He becomes part of the whole and provokes, in a very friendly and old-fashioned way. He immerses himself in his motifs, in which so much resonates despite the apparent superficiality. Christoph Voy studied communication with a focus on photography in Berlin and initially worked in an advertising agency after graduating. He has been photographing for the German edition of Vice magazine since 2005 and was instrumental in founding the German branch. The Canadian scene magazine has developed a style that is characterized by directness, provocation and authenticity, not only journalistically but also photographically. From 2010 to 2012, Voy was fashion editor of SPEX magazine. Since 2008 he has worked for the Berlin rappers KIZ and later also for their label Beat the Rich. Among other things, he created the album artwork for Casper's “XOXO”, KIZ's “Urlaub fürs Gehirn” and KIZ's “Hurra die Welt geht unter”, which have been awarded platinum and gold records. Christoh Voy lives in Berlin.
