Nick Aldridge is a portrait photographer from Cape Town, South Africa, known for creating soulful, beautifully crafted images that connect deeply with his subjects.
Equally comfortable in the studio or on location, shooting from the hip or composing complex images for post-production, Nick’s work has appeared in hundreds of magazine features and numerous advertising campaigns.
Past portrait clients include Der Spiegel, The Guardian, Engen, Nederburg, Alere Global, Runner’s World, Women’s Health, Men’s Health, Marie Claire and Bicycling Magazine, and many others.
Over the years he has photographed Nelson Mandela, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, Kingsley Holgate, Haile Gebrselassie and hundreds of other politicians, actors, chefs, athletes, swamis and artists.
Nick is available to travel anywhere in the world and is extremely comfortable in Southern Africa and other developing nations.
