A location specialist but not averse to studio work, Cristian Barnett is a photographer with many years' experience across all areas of food photography.

This year he has worked for the third time with two Michelin star chef Tom Kerridge on his latest book ‘Tom’s Table‘, and has also worked with Tom to create imagery for his new restaurant The Coach.

Cristian has also continued to shoot advertising for Sainsbury's, commercial work for clients such as Thermomix and website photography for the exclusive South Kensington Club.

Both a location and studio photographer, Cristian Barnett has experience across all areas of food photography including cook books, magazines and advertising. Over the past 15 years he has worked on commissions from farms and factories to high-end restaurants in locations all across the UK, as well on many foreign assignments. Believing that less is often more, Cristian’s photography has a clean and deceptively simple feel.

September 2014 saw the publication of Cristian’s first book, ‘Life on the Line’, a collection of portraits from his long-term personal project celebrating the variety of existence along the Arctic Circle.
