This year Dan has shot various lifestyle and portrait works, had a couple of Honourable Mentions in this year’s International Photography Awards and managing to squeeze in a trip to Japan to photograph sumo wrestlers for a personal project.

In the last few months, Dan was sent to shoot in South Africa and Israel for Philips and then commissioned to photograph doughnuts in a studio in east London for the launch of a new bakery and coffee shop.

Dan Joseph grew up in London and developed an early interest in photography thanks to a combination of his father's military photography background, and access to the homemade darkroom in the garden shed.

After completing a BA in Photography at the University of Portsmouth Dan moved back to London to begin his photography career.

Over the years, Dan has worked with a wide variety of clients which has taken him across the UK and the world. Some of the clients he has worked with recently have included Amazon UK, Channel 4 and Fremantle Media.
