Ele Jin, founder of D’ELE, is a visual artist, whose individual works includes photography, art direction, graphic design, film and animation. As the leading photographer and executive producer of D’ELE she has overseen numerous commercial projects for Chinese clients, working with well-known international artists in the field of both imagery and film.

Born in Shanghai, 1979, Ele graduated from Shanghai JiaoTong University with a BA degree in Graphic Design. She then went on exploring fashion photography in the UK, achieved an MA at the University of Central England, then studied in a leading art college, The London College of Printing, obtaining a distinction in Professional Photography Practice. She returned to Shanghai and founded her own studio in 2003.

Having worked in the advertising industry for over 15 years, Ele has obtained the unique eyes and skills for delivering eye-catching ad campaigns. Her broad knowledge of different art forms and visual solutions has brought the studio projects which are trendy and have a mixed visual style, and provides each artist comprehensive and efficient communication throughout the collaboration process.
