Let's celebrate Scandinavia's creativity in our new Showcase Nordic Europe!

Welcome to our latest edition of Showcase Nordic Europe, where we feature the extraordinary talent and services within the commercial creative industry of this European region. This issue highlights the work of renowned photographers, directors, DOPs, production companies and location scouts.

Discover dynamic still life photography, where minimalism meets luxury. Explore stunning fashion visuals for major brands, such as Cartier. Experience powerful portraiture that captures the essence of its subjects. Whether you’re seeking breathtaking car shoots or exploring high-end production services across the North of Europe, keep on reading.

Our featured editorial was shot by the talented Liv Friis-Larsen for Grazia, shot on a cold winter's day in Copenhagen with model Alma Bülow, with styling by Clara Liisberg Krüger and make up by Isabel Fjelking. Discover more exceptional creatives in our extensive European Directory and past issues of Showcase Nordic Europe.

Immerse yourself in the cultural Scandinavian scene with these events we recommend:

RIFF – Reykjavík International Film Festival is back, and for eleven days Icelanders (and visitors) will flock to the cinema to see the best and freshest in international filmmaking.

Jonas Yang Tislevoll - Take Care Of Yourself Son, Your Mother Loves You: This exhibition explores the work of the photographer through a visual contemplation on the complexity of adoption, familial relations and identity. Centered around his own personal journey and search for his unknown birth mother, Yang Tislevoll has continuously traveled between Norway and South Korea over the last decade to investigate his own history and identity. In Fotografiens Hus, Oslo.

In To be Born and to Give Birth, photographer Emilia Bergmark-Jiménez follows several families through the different stages of birth. An exhibition that is powerful, intimate, emotional, and moving all at once, at Fotografiska Stockholm.
