Garrigosa Studio is an advertising photography studio based in Barcelona. The studio offers photography, full post production, CGI and production services.

Recent work includes:

• DDB Warszawa commissioned Garrigosa Studio to shoot Polish beer Zywiec, including CGI water crowns.
• Garrigosa shot the Movistar cycling team in Madrid, placing it in a fantasy landscape.
• Barcelona agency Carrots hired the studio to shoot a beautiful purebred horse for  client Banco Madrid.
• JWT Madrid and Garrigosa worked together for the annual Corona beer campaign, shot on the beautiful island of Ibiza.

Founded in 2012, Studio94 is a design photo studio inspired by the style of New York lofts. It is a flexible and bright space where coarse and refinined materials are combined. The studio is 50 m² with a ceiling height of 4.3m. A range of different backgrounds measuring 3.7m are provided (vinyl and paper), while the shooting distance measures 8.5m.

The white brick wall that covers the back wall of the studio is its strongest characteristic, with two big windows providing ample natural light.

The loft has a great dressing room, rest room with shower, American kitchen, post production room and outside terrace. The studio also provides an en-suite rental apartment for photographers and clients who wish to stay close to the action.

The street-level studio provides easy access for all materials.

Christopher Willan was born in Uganda but has lived most of his life in the UK. His first job after studying photography to post-graduate level was working for some of the world’s most iconic photographers at the legendary Magnum agency. He has over 20 years’ experience working in advertising, travel, TV and film, NGO, editorial and corporate assignments in over 50 countries - both alone and as part of creative teams.

Working with a photo-journalistic eye, Christopher shoots black and white and colour photographs that are quiet and natural but dynamic, capturing moments that resonate with warmth and authenticity, images that tell stories.

A native English speaker, Christopher runs photographic workshops up to MA level in the UK and Europe. He is fluent in French and Spanish, retaining work bases in the UK and Spain.
