Italian photographer Alberto Setti began his career and developed his professional skills in Milan. After travelling all over the world in pursuit of his artistic work, he decided to devote himself entirely to fashion photography. He frequently travels from Italy to other countries, working on-location wherever he is required.

Alberto has produced various publicity campaigns for famous fashion magazines such as Vogue, Marie Claire, Elle, Velvet and Flair.

Fashion Week may be over, but continuing in the spirit we recommend the following fashion-dedicated exhibitions:

• Photographer Gian Paolo Barbieri and fashion designer Vivienne Westwood exhibit at the Palazzo Reale in Milan. Barbieri's style divas exhibition runs until 11th November, while the Westwood exhibition celebrates 35 years of the designer's unique fashion career. Until 20th January 2008.
• There is still time to catch the exhibition dedicated to 45 years of the House of Valentino held at the Museo dell'Ara Pacis in Rome. There are more than 300 designs and archive materials on view that celebrate both the fashion house and the designer. The exhibition ends on 28th October.

Photographer Francesco Brigida is based in Milan and specialises in fashion, beauty and portraits.

His passion for photography began at an early age inspiring him to make this form of art also a part of his work. For him, films and literature represent an important source of inspiration from which he draws themes for his images.

His style balances technique and aesthetics allowing viewers of his work to find themselves in front of a clean and extremely engaging image. His work is easily recognisable for its poetic attitude because he considers photography to be an extension of his soul.

Over the years, Matteo Bertolio has concentrated mainly on fashion photography in both the editorial and commercial sectors, working with regular clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Panasonic, Wella, Breil, Fila Group, and Swarowsky to name but a few. He recently shot for Arena, Safilo Group, Valentino, and Mila Schoen.

However, a love of travelling and his desire to document what goes on in the real world has led Matteo to projects in some extreme situations, including aerial and underwater photography.

His most recent accomplishments came whilst working under the aegis of NATO and the Italian armed forces. He was involved in a humanitarian mission to Afghanistan and Lebanon, subsequently holding exhibitions in both Rome and Milan under the patronage of the City Council of Milan. He produced a book of his photographs entitled 'KM 5072'.

He is represented by Tiziana Gibilisco.

Massimo Gardone is a professional photographer specialising in the creative interpretation of corporate image. He divides his work between advertising, editorial and cinematographic applications, finding time also for pure research.
