"Let me introduce myself: I started as a freelance photographer, gained experience as a picture editor and managed a magazine before working as an artist representative for six years. Then the time came in 2013 to explore new challenges, and so I decided to build up a group of talented photographers, illustrators and video artists at Cosmopol," - Barbi Mlczoch.

Cosmopola is a Berlin-based creative agency with lots of talent and inspiration. Get inspired by its creative cosmos: Ellen von Unwerth for Marina Rinaldi, Alexandra Kinga Fekete for Mercedes and Anamorphosis by Joseph Ford where 2.5 kilometres of blue gaffer tape, seven assistants, two anamorphosis artists, two parkour artists, in one derelict swimming pool were involved.

Based in Berlin, basics works with clients from all over the world.

"Our loyal and large number of clients come from a wide spectrum such as fashion, beauty, advertising, music, public relations, event management, TV production, fashion shows and e-commerce. Our global hair and make-up artists are also booked by actors, politicians and other personalities from public life on a regular basis.

The basis for these activities is set by leading events, for example red carpet appearances and press junkets for the Berlinale, fairs such as Fashion Week or Premium, and the German Film Awards.

Our stylists and set designers also produce creative concepts and implement professional design for shop and fair presentations."

Andrew Grauman is a commercial Berlin photographer specialising in professional fashion, catalogue, look-book, beauty and advertising photography. In addition, he shoots artist headshots, as well as executive and business portraits.

Andrew completed an advertising campaign for Wein & Vinos with German actor Devid Striesow. His last three fashion and beauty shoots were published internationally by Instititue Magazine, Elegant Magazine, and MODAcycle respectively.  

Andrew creates narrative filled images that are characterised by bold colours and striking lighting, which exhude mystery, elegance, and sensuality. Professional, creative, and fun to work with, Andrew’s career is off to a fast start!

Nici Theuerkauf is a Berlin and Hamburg-based interior and people stylist who consistently displays her keen eye and refined visual strength in styling.

Berlin-based freelance photographer Darius Ramazani focuses on people and portrait photography.

Darius’ recent work includes shooting tough guys for a Hornbach campaign (agency: Heimat Berlin), a freelance photo series consisting of close-up shots of old people’s skin - wrinkles and age spots included - showing that being old and beautiful is not a contradiction, as well as 'Ouch!', a photo editorial with casting agency Public Heroes.

Darius also recently won a 2016 red dot award for his personal mailing 'Team 2090'.

Mert Dürümoglu is a successful advertising photographer and father of a little child. He lives in Berlin Mitte and works all around the world.

As an advertising and industrial photographer, André Forner's aim is to make people speak for brands.  In his latest personal project 'What is on your mind', he captures people's professional passions in one single image.

Over recent weeks he also shot a recruiting campaign for Veolia as well as new images as part of worldwide brand communication for Solibro Hitech. Both projects featured real-life employees in front of his camera.

André also produced images for a new sponsorship campaign for Dresdner Sportclub 1898  showing both professional and amateur athletes living out their passions for sports.
