Jacaranda Films is a Buenos Aires and Montevideo-based production company providing full production service support across Argentina and Uruguay for still photography, commercials, documentaries and feature films.

Jacaranda Films recently provided production service to Lankford Films (USA), Henry de Czar (France) for CNIEL, Paranoid (USA) for Kleenex, Cinelande (Canada) for Air Canada, Moonwalk Films (France) for Credit Agricole, Quad Productions (France) for Peugeot 408, Moxie Pictures (USA) for I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!, Partners Film (Canada) for Lactantia and Robot Films (USA) for Ritz Crackers.

With director Karina Insausti, Jacaranda Films produced work this year for Danone Actimel and Activia, as well as most recently for Villa del Sur and insurance company Sancor Seguros.

Jacaranda produced six Movicel commercials with director Pablo Casacuberta, and is currently finishing the post production of a new Movicel campaign of eight commercials shot in Angola, South Africa, Portugal and Brazil.

It's all been good news for Los Vocalino over the last six months.  

The company produced the integral Samsung campaign for the Rugby World Cup with celebrity “Puma” Juani Hernández. Leo Burnett also chose Los Vocalino for an Arcor launch campaign, while Ogilvy did the same for their latest campaign with AmEx. 

BBDO selected the company to launch their campaign for Valentine's Day with one of Pepsico's hottest brands, Paso de los Toros.

At El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Los Vocalino won two Golds with a campaign for Diesel Mexico, a Bronze at Diente awards, a Gold and a Bronze in Victoria Alada Mexico, and a Bronze at Círculo de Creativos Mexico.

Lucila has also been exhibiting her personal work at Buenos Aires Photo 2011. Blumencweig + Benitez is currently in pre-production on a special image bank for Cruceros Costas that will be shot in Brazil, Uruguay and Argentina.

7 Seas recently produced for OTTO subsidiary Schwab in Buenos Aires and Colombia, where the company maintains a small production office in Cartagena on the Caribbean coast.

7 Seas' local producer is a veteran of the Cartagena film festival that is dedicated to modern Latin American cinema. Colombia is a sure bet for 7 Seas, with over 5000 amazing location photos available for layouts and shoot preparation from the company's recently relaunched website.

German people and lifestyle photographer Christoph Siegert recently shot on a hacienda near Buenos Aires, with smooth production provided by Maria. 7 Seas producer Facundo is currently busy in a Buenos Aires film studio with a long duration Walt Disney production for a kids channel.

Buenos Aires-based conceptual still life photographer Alejandro Mezza is available for international editorial and commercial assignments.

Specialising in interior, product, food and catologue photography, he works comfortably in the studio or out on location.

Alejandro regulary collaborates with some of the leading international interior magazines, including Whondesign (Germany), Elle Deco (Spain), Elle Decoration (UK edition), Elle Dekop (Russia), Whonen (Austria), Residence (Holland), and many more.

The Thing is a creative production company based in Buenos Aires, creating and developing content for TV and web and executing ideas and producing to the highest international standards.
