Buenos Aires [Agrentina]: Civiles Management
Civiles represents a number of talented professionals from outside of its Argentine base, including Japanese artist Namiko Kitaura, Brooklyn-born Andrew Burmeister and Mexico-based Argentine Ramiro Chaves. Adding their lens and skills to this growing list are new entries Chris Clor and Napoleon Habeica.
- Based in Rochester, Michigan, Chris Clor's portfolio includes such clients as Ford, Daimler-Chrysler, General Motors, Nissan, Carhartt Clothing and the US Navy. He has also shot for ad agencies BBDO, Doner, Ogilvy, Y&R, Campbell-Ewald and McCann-Erickson.
- Napoleon Habeica is a Mexican artist for Proyectos Monclova Art Gallery who has also developed a wide commercial career shooting campaigns for Puma, Nike and American Apparel across the world. Printed in magazines such as Nylon, Self Service, GQ, Metal and Harper's Bazaar, his photographs have also been requested by the music industry through major labels Universal Music, EMI and Virgin Records.
Civiles Management's Art Department features a Special Bookings division within its photography roster.

Barcelona [Spain], London [UK]: linnandrobert Photography
Linnandrobert are back in town after a busy autumn shooting in NYC, Miami, Buenos Aires and of course Barcelona, where they recently opened a photo studio. (More on that in the next issue).
The featured shots are extracts from two editorials for British and Scandinavian magazines shot in Barcelona.
Unlike many other double-acts, Linn and Robert shoot simultaneously. Their approach can be compared to a film set where multiple cameras shoot at the same time. This creates an entirely new dynamic and dimension.
Linnandrobert are represented in Germany by Katinka Krieger.

Civiles Management's Art Department is reaching the end of its first year after a series of successful campaigns.- Photographer Pablo Franco spent 15 days with his entire team in Paris shooting for Nike. Back home in Buenos Aires, and in conjunction with Furia design studio, they built a super-cinema-set complete with rails and cars for a shoot with Converse.
- After many years of work photographer Gustavo Di Mario edited his first book 'Potrero': 128 pages that tell the visual tale of traditional football fields with a prologue by Diego Maradona. He also shot album covers and artwork for Latin music stars Julieta Venegas and Dante Spinetta.
- Mexico-based photographer Ramiro Chaves spent time in Argentina to finish his project 'Miramar', a good excuse to toast New Year with his family in Cordoba.
Civiles Management wish to say "Thanks, and Happy New Year" to all involved with the company's success.

Red Creek
Commercial production
Red Creek was recently commissioned to produce the latest extravaganza for Lotus. Known for high-adrenaline spots, the client wanted to 'up the stakes', challenging director John Perez and still photographer Urko Suaya to increase the glamour without losing the active, action-oriented image the brand has cultivated so successfully.
It took two trains, two helicopters, several stunt doubles and 60 miles of track to deliver both the agency's and client's vision.
