Victor Wolf was born in Uruguay, worked in France and is currently based in Argentina.

From his Buenos Aires studio and out at different locations, he uses natural and artificial light to create the kind of lighting that recalls his experience in cinema.

Although he still works with film and medium-format cameras, Victor says that he also feels completely at home working with digital.

Adrian Markis is a photographer from Buenos Aires specialising in postproduction and digital art.

He is currently working on a personal project entitled "Invasión en Buenos Aires", where he combines shots of animals with Buenos Aires cityscapes. The story is based around the concept of giant animals invading a large city that has been abandoned by humans.

The shots are currently being taken and the first photos can be seen soon, with the project finished around the middle of May.

To deliver its new campaign, shot in Buenos Aires, Nike with Wiedden + Kennedy commissioned one of the best new production companies, Red Creek Productions, and advertising artists, Warren Du Preez & Nick Thornton Jones.

Warren and Nick's work has been commissioned in the past by clients such as Hermés, Issey Miyake and Cartier and their collaborations with Björk and Massive Attack are considered legendary.

Red Creek has also recently completed jobs for Kenzo, Nokia, Nextel, Orange, Diesel among other advertising and fashion clients.

Virginia Del Giudice first opened her studio in 1995 after working as a photographer's assistant in New York.

Her photographs are always lit using natural light and are characterised by the simplicity of her composition and the objects she chooses.

She photographs interiors, still life, landscapes and food, and her portraits are sensitive with great attention to detail.

Virginia lives in Buenos Aires, and works with some of the world's most renowned magazines Interiors, AD, Elle, Amica, Residence and Vogue.

Based in Buenos Aires, photographer Malala Fontan works with digital and conventional photography for editorial and commercial uses.

She says her aim is "always to invent the iconic shot - an exquisite homage to Buenos Aires' Belle Epoque, a melancholic feeling mixed with intoxicating images from the city that never sleeps' most important architectural pieces..."

Malala's most recent photographic series is a set of portraits of chic, local celebrity Celeste Cid as a young Evita in a clean print of a classic French film noir.

She is available for travel and private commissions.

Buenos Aires-born Ale Burset has photographed for clients Nike, Reebok, VW, Chevrolet, Greenpeace, Phillip Morris, Converse, Adidas, Ford, Chandon, Energizer and Quaker, among others.

He works internationally, spreading his time between Argentina, America, Mexico and Europe.

When asked about his work Ale says, "All my photographs are the result of my obsession for lighting and a beautiful image - the aesthetics".

Juan Vaz Duarte works in Argentina and other countries.

He specialises in fashion and beauty, and works in digital- and film-based media.

Clients are Elle, Catalogue, First, Para Ti, and Cosmopolitan, among others.

Recently created, Paraíso Cine launched with a team that has plenty of experience in cinema and advertising.

The founders' portfolios include projects for brands such as Cinzano, Personal, Coca-Cola Light and Fútbol de Primera.
