Thompson LES radiates the creative undercurrent of its neighbourhood. Among the hotel’s edge-defining backdrop, the 141-room hotel features custom made light-boxes, graphic paintings, and a rooftop pool displaying an image of Andy Warhol. The hotel offers three penthouse suites including a bi-level 2000 sq. ft. Thompson Loft, all with spectacular views of downtown Manhattan from their sprawling terraces.
Thompson LES’s 18 stories also house an outdoor pool and bar, Above Allen, a private outdoor/indoor terrace bar open year-round, and newly opened Blue Ribbon Sushi Izakaya.

Sebastian Israelit started his career in his family business as a printer in the Buenos Aires neighbourhood of Pompeya. Sebastian later started working as a photographer for companies such as Chrysler, IBM and Bank Boston. Years later he specialised in food & drink photography and has worked for brands like Gancia, Martini, Campari, Bacardi, Grey Goose, Fox and many others; he has also worked for prestigious publishing houses, magazines and international cookbooks. He has won three Gourmand Awards in 2005, 2009 and 2013, that select the best cookbooks worldwide.
The ''Gancia Trip'' took Sebastian through 11 European cities to collect material for editorial and advertising projects. He was hired by Accor Hotels to photograph the renovated Sofitel Hotel in Rio de Janeiro.
The team has worked for the packaging industry for agencies such as Milstein Ravel, Harvey & Harvey and Levinson Group. They have made a name for themselves in the advertising industry and work for brands like Hellman's, Knorr, Head & Shoulders, Dove, HSBC, BMW, Renault, Impulse, Axe, Skip, Danone, in campaigns directed by Del Campo, Ogilivy, Young & Rubicam, Ponce Buenos Aires, JWT London, and many others in Argentina and worldwide.

Michael also photographs residential, retail and public architecture.

A trained painter and award winning photographer, Toufic Araman spends his time travelling the Middle East. He is versatile across advertising, fashion, hotels and food photography and has displayed his talent through major advertising campaigns. His work has been shown at the Noorderlicht Festival (Groningen, The Netherlands), Brecht Forum (New York), Photo Finish (Melbourne, Australia) and Dubai Art Fair.
Toufic studied at the International Center of Photography (ICP) and School of Visual Arts (SVA) in New York. His work is distinguished by his propensity for story-telling, lighting, and images that often have a sense of humour.
Awards include Cannes (Bronze Lion, JWT, Dubai June 2013 Kinokuniya), Davey Awards 2010, 2011 and 2012 (Gold Award, New York, Fashion), and Creativity International Award (Australia, Fashion, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
