Deborah Jones has been shooting professionally for 20 years. Today she works with a select group of clients including Four Seasons Hotels, Kashi, Diageo Wines and Thomas Keller Restaurant Group. 

Her most recent book, 'Mourad: New Moroccan', debuted fall 2011. She is currently working on the 'Bouchon Bakery Cookbook', her fifth with chef Keller, due for publication in fall 2012.

Alexandros Petrakis has worked as a freelance photographer since 2003. Based in Athens and with a degree from Akto School of Art and Design (a partner of MIddlesex University), he specialises in architectural and interior photography, still life, food, CGI and digital image processing.

• Robert Zuchniewicz focuses on portraiture and lifestyle photography. He is currently in collaboration with a selection of Polish magazines and is photo manager for Kikimora magazine.

Piers discovered his calling in life at the age of 13, whilst photographing skateboarders for fun. He carried on skateboarding – but more importantly taking pictures at every given opportunity.

Piers is now a regular contributor for Sunday Times Travel Magazine, Telegraph Ultratravel, CNN Traveller, and also works directly with tourist boards and hotel groups worldwide. He has worked with clients on global travel assignments, shooting advertising, reportage, travel and portraiture. This has given him a profound understanding of image creation and composition, combined with valuable practical experience. Hailing from a small German village, Cassis Birgit Staudt has passionately scouted the mean streets of NYC and it’s surroundings for 15 years. Endlessly fascinated by her adopted city, Cassis has an encyclopedic knowledge of its nooks and crannies -from the newly built Allegria Hotel in Nassau County to the Catskills, from Irish pubs near Wall Street to Midtown penthouses. Cassis is well versed in the 'rules of engagement' (what is allowed and when) for shooting in such a highly photographed city like New York and has built an extensive, quality photo database.
