Munich-based photographer Dirk Bruniecki specialises in portrait, documentary and advertising images.

Dirk has been commissioned by many German clients and magazines to shoot celebrities ranging from top-ranking politicians to actors and international business leaders.

He works on commission with many major German design agencies for clients ranging from Siemens to BMW, Pro7 and many more. His editorial publications have been commissioned by magazines such as Stern, GQ, Spiegel, Zeit, Hollywood Reporter, Bloomberg Business Week and numerous others.

Dirk recently finished two long-running projects for GQ Magazine with German actor Elyas M´Barek and FC Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng.

Sebastian Brüll was born in 1983 near Cologne. He began his career as a fashion photographer, but also focuses on still life, advertising and portrait photography.

Since 2013, Sebastian has been based in Dusseldorf and has shot for brands including APART Fashion, Street One and Margittes, among others.

Featured in this Showcase are photos he shot for Quality Magazine and magazine Paper.

Frank Soberay is a still life photographer of soft tones who works out of his studio based in the Stuttgart area.

With a love for detail and precise lighting, Frank photographically carves the subtleties of industry, jewellery and watches, staging them for renowned international clients either on their own or with a model.

Vlado Golub is a fashion, beauty and lingerie photographer based in Stuttgart. He combines his passion for aesthetics and people with his distinct technical skills and experience.

Nabiha Dahhan began her passion for photography at the age of 13 after buying her first SLR camera. Her first local exhibition featured her early portrait commissions.

Nabiha studied Visual Communication/Photo-Design at Bielefeld and also received a BA in Photographic and Digital Arts from the University of Westminster in London.

With an endless passion for light and life in all its forms, her motto - "celebrate life!" - flows across her work. Whether model, manager, artist or bishop, through her empathy and personality Nabiha manages to create a motivating and relaxed atmosphere, presenting each client with a unique shooting event.

With over 25 years of experience in portrait photography, Nabiha has worked for a variety of national and international clients and just moved her base to Leipzig.

Her personal art projects - in conjunction with her partner Thom - are exhibited and published worldwide and have received international acclaim since 2006.

Regina Kaczmarek, founder of Frankfurt-based Agentur Kaczmarek, was an art director before setting up her current business. Today, her company handles casting, locations and permitting across a range of media including TV, commercials and photo shoots.

Regina has worked on a number of high-profile projects including a recent film for Samsung entitled '360 degree VR' to celebrate the 25th anniversary of German reunification, as well as a documentary for the US Olympic Committee about the East German team's doping at the 1976 Montreal Olympics.

"Regina emphasises the value of expert knowledge in being able to identify the right locations - especially in urban enviroments: 'I know a lot about architecture because I was involved in putting on a series of architecture-based events for a number of years,' she says.

She also agrees that getting the balance between film and the real world is crucial: 'If you find a nice location but have no permit, that's no use to anyone. You have to know how to make things happen, for example when producers want to get permits for drone cameras.'" Andy Frey, KFTV.
