The only child of a university art professor and freethinker mother, Cade Martin grew up surrounded by shapes and images. They paraded through his childhood, shaping his art foundation and forming his appreciation for the candid beauty found in people from all walks of life.

Blank Studio NYC is a rental photography studio and creative space located in a classic SoHo loft. The light-filled studio offers 15’ ceilings with original tin, exposed brick and floor-to-ceiling windows. Modern amenities include two private bathrooms, bluetooth surround sound and a comfortable lounge area. The studio is available for photography, film and events.

Paul O. Colliton Studio is a unique penthouse location in the heart of Manhattan. Photographers love the location due to its five separate rooftops with 360° views of the city.

The interior of the studio has 1500 square feet with 9-foot ceilings and windows to the south and west. If unusual interiors are required, the studio also has a water tank room, an elevator motor room, a back staircase and a balcony with a wrought iron railing.

The studio is fully equipped with backdrops and all of the grip that goes with them. Facilities include a large bathroom and shower, WiFi and client computer.

Out of New York Studio is a 3,000 square foot photo and production studio located in Union City, NJ – just outside of New York City. The studio brings over 20 years of experience in fashion, jewellery and product photography, e-commerce, and music video production.

Its latest project was a Lacoste photo shoot for the Miami Open 2017. Other clients have included Reebok, Van Heusen, AND1, U.S. Polo Assn., Body Gloves and Under Armour. The team has also produced videos for Wu-Tang Clan and many other hip hop artists. The studio also serves as a rental space for photographers and videographers.

HiLT Projects is a Brooklyn-based set design studio and fabrication shop. Services include design and concept development, renderings, material sampling, fabrication and installation of custom sets, branded environments, props, sculpture, and display fixtures.
