“Avocado Studio was born from an idea of three classmates, after having completed their degree in Visual Communication at IED Torino in 2015. Together, we had the need and the will to showcase our world through the creation of photographic images, composed primarily in the studio.
We have worked for clients on national and international scale, but also, because of our strong legacy with our hometown, we love collaborating with local start-ups and brands. Over the years we have managed to create a unique style and identity, that we love to apply to our projects in food, still life and automotive photography.
Everything starts from the urge to communicate something that we feel inside. When we are on set, we get completely transported by all the elements that compose the process, from the first flash that we set up to the final image that we shoot. The ability to amaze, enchant and transform what was just a sketch into a final image is what gives us the biggest satisfaction.
Recent clients include Martini & Rossi, Fabbri 1905, FCA, Lavazza, Carrefour, Guido Gobino, Makr Shakr, Amaro Ramazzotti, F.C. Juventus, Scribit, Perini Navi and Ristorante Magorabin."
"The brief is in! Your client wants you to create something that will tell a story and capture the appetite appeal of the product. Photographer and director Brent Herrig can help."
Based in New York and Chicago, Brent supports in-house and agency clients to achieve stress-free productions that hit the brief.
Recently, Brent consulted, designed, and photographed new cocktails for Scottish-based Botanist Gin. Chef Danny Mena's latest book 'Made In Mexico' featuring Brent's work was published in early October by Rizzoli Publications.
Some of Brent's recent clients including Nespresso, Ketel One and Starr Restaurants rely on him to capture their vision of food, drinks and products in the most collaborative, efficient way possible.

Scott Grummett is a photographer and director who specialises in food & drink.
This year his work with Food Hall has taken him to create more and more TV commercials in addition to his stills. Italian steak giants Roadhouse recently commissioned him and the team to create three 30-second commercials and even asked him to workshop the creative with them. The ASMR style films have been a great success and were a fantastic combination of fire, robots (motion control) and steak and chips - naturally a joy to create.
You can find Scott in the studio directing the tiniest pedantic move of lettuce with tweezers or out in the field with farmers, if it's food and drink, he's there.
Stills representation: Terri Manduca. Directing representation: Food Hall.
