"Château Mas de Pradie, is a 17th century château, placed in the heart of Medieval France, situated on the border to The Lot and Aveyron Department this region is known not only for its rich medieval history but also its incredibly rich prehistoric history, ancient cave paintings, pottery and figurines dating back more than 20,000 years, plus stone dolmans scattering the landscape.
Mas de Pradie is nestled within a 15-acre parkland, ancient oak forest, seasonal winter lake, stone-walled garden and its very own grotto entrance leading into the cave system below.
The large stone barn originally built as a Royal Livery is now our event venue / function space. Weddings, celebrations, photoshoots, exhibitions and workshops are all held in this beautiful building.
The Chateau itself has been renovated with a very light touch maintaining its charm from a bygone age and maintaining all its authentic original features.
With our two gites and chateau B&B, we can accommodate up to 16 guests. We also offer our saltwater swimming pool for our guests' enjoyment."
