ALL IN Production was founded in 2009 and is based in Zurich, Switzerland. During these years of producing a wide variety of images and films, they have made connections and friends all over the world. They are an all FINTA Team and care about creating safe workspaces for everyone.

ALL IN works with passion and awareness, and thinking eco-conscious has always been very close to their hearts.

These last months have been great for ALL IN. One of their services is location scouting, and their wide connections in Switzerland were very helpful for the Hatex shoot. They also produced a beautiful image campaign with the photographer duo apricotberlin for Zuercher Kantonal Bank. Other shoots, such as their international image campaign for Philips and Swatch, and their Calida Autumn/Winter campaign with photographers Petrovsky&Ramone were other successful projects they had the privilege to work on.

Alex Buschor, originally from Zurich, is a skilled photographer specialising in architecture and outdoor photography. He obtained his education in Australia and has since then accumulated over two decades of experience in the fields of photography and videography.

Through his experience he was able to realise several projects for Mountainbike Magazine. Year after year he travels all over Switzerland as well as abroad for stories.

He produces not only high-quality images, but also footage for entire productions in the field of outdoor/sports.

Thomas Baumann is a freelance photographer based in Zurich and Thun with a passion for staged portraiture and editorials in a documentary style. His work is emotional and moody, creating a unique atmosphere in every photograph.

He loves to collaborate with clients, developing concepts and storytelling to ensure that the final result perfectly captures their vision. He believes that using always the same signature style limits the freedom to express exactly what fits the story. That is why his images are not in a unique and predefined colour palette but in a tonality that is intended to emphasise the desired mood. He is always searching for the perfect shot. He has a keen ability to capture the essence of his subjects, whether it be the intimacy of a portrait, or the raw emotion of a moment

Her warm and compassionate personality creates an atmosphere on set that allows for the creation of unique and intimate pictures that showcase a deep sense of trust.
