• Sven Görlich, people and on-set TV photographer, has just published his new book 'Lovers' showing love stories between different characters.
• Bruce Soyez Bernard shot portraits of famous Pilates trainer Brooke Siler for Complete Woman magazine. Featured in this Showcase is his work for Cosmopolitan magazine shot earlier in the year.
• Harry Vorsteher shot on location in the famous Schlosshotel Grunewald, Berlin, for the new Meyer Hosen brochure. He just finished a successful exhibition 'Kommerz meets Galery' in Berlin, where he displayed some of his extraordinary beauty and fashion shots.

• Dorothea Craven had a five-week nonstop marathon in Seville and Sicily for fashion clients Quelle, Migros and Ernstings + Partner. The productions were successfully managed by Paco Production in Seville and Luminosa, Sicily.
• Ole Graf was busy for Heine, Frankonia, Baur and leading online magazine Brigitte.de, for whom he completed a large proportion of fashion productions. He is currently in Cape Town shooting lifestyle images.
• Peter Schreiber recently shot in Ibiza, Hamburg and London for Heine, Otto, G&G and the magazine MyStyle. To get away from the Christmas hype he is in Cape Town shooting new summer fashion for MyStyle.

This coming year will start as 2008 is set to end: very turbulently! Doro, Ole and Peter are already booked this spring for work in Miami, Los Angeles, Cape Town, Paris, Hamburg, London, New York and Mauritius.

Munich kids photographer Sabine Duerichen has had a busy few months producing a variety of campaigns:

• After returning from Barcelona in the summer, Sabine travelled to Miami to shoot the Vögele kids collection.
• As soon as she returned from her trip, she produced a fashion collection for the magazine Shape.

Kirstin Knufmann is specialised in fashion, beauty and architectural photography. She has international experience having shot in various locations including New York, Los Angeles, Munich and Cologne.

Kirstin's compositions range from complex black and white definitions to significant colourful expressions. She is comfortable working in the studio and out on location, and her portfolio contains both editorial and commercial photography.

At the 2008 Photokina in Cologne, Kirstin's fashion photos were displayed for Broncolor. Her latest projects have focussed on fashion and beauty in cooperation with the Grintsch Advertising Agency and POOL Magazine.

Bodo Mertoglu has been a freelance photographer since 1988. He lives and works in Munich and his specialities include interior and people photography.

DProduction is based in Munich and believes in timely and customisable services that cover the unique requirements of clients and projects. In 2008, Rena Motschmann established DProduction Digital Creative Services. These include digital data support, internet presence, design and programming, updating and maintenance of web content or picture stock, and artwork-like photo, video and audio production for websites.

DProduction is the Munich presence of eproduction.net, an online production booking system and database used to set-up productions by sourcing, comparing, budgeting and booking resources online.

Petra Wiebe is a stylist based between Munich and Zürich who has a creative family background: her father was an interior designer and her sister is a celebrated fashion designer. Petra works on developing fashion concepts and is responsible for catalogue production, backstage management at fashion shows, developing concepts for editorials and art direction for a number of top clients. Recent projects include three editorials with Visage Models Zurich, with hair & make-up by Norbert Cheminel.

CromaBASE has moved! Hamburg's innovative workflow specialist has established its base right in the middle of boomtown 'Hafencity'. From here the company controls its online workflow service CromaBASE worldwide that works for single productions and thousands of images alike.

The online platform not only takes care of the daily volume of RAW files but also offers the complete range of features a modern image-management system requires. The CromaBASE upload tools provide an easy way for storing the images online. The platform is browser-controlled and the photographer deals with selection, transfer and transport of images even via iPhone.

Straulino controls his current series 'Straulino with Rolleiflex' online with CromaBASE.

Rapid flash sequences, sensationally fast recycling time, ultra short flash duration and a 10 f-stop power range in 1/10 or full stops - the new Profoto Pro 8a Air Generators are ready for use at DRS. Besides high resolution Phase One backs and the Hasselblad H3D, DRS also holds the complete Sinar Hy6 system. Its shockproof shutter with flash synchronisation - up to and including 1/1000 seconds - is exceptional. A variety of special features such as the easily adjustable handgrip, focus bracketing or the rotating digital back make the camera unique. Friends of Phase One can look forward to the P65+ as DRS will be one of the first rental dealers to offer the back.

The return-box system is a new feature at DRS and looks to provide customers with even greater convenience. Equipment can now be brought back at any time outside the company's regular opening hours. Clients simply use a numerical code to store their material in a special safe-like room with anti-theft mechanisms.

Productions at the Delight Rental Studios in the heart of Berlin are as convenient as ever - DRS rental equipment is ready for production, thus eliminating any transport or return issues.
