Centrally located just off the 405 Freeway in Van Nuys, California, Avenue Six Studios has rapidly become Hollywood's "go-to" production facility. The addition of the new “Main Street” back-lot set adds flexibility and an urban ambiance to any production. The permanent, outdoor New York influenced set is primed, dressed and ready to host feature film productions, television shows, music videos, reality shows and commercial shoots.

The East Stage provides over 6,500 sq. ft. of shooting space and features light wood laminate flooring, its own production offices and a spacious dressing room with two stylist stations.
