Yi Guo was born in Shanghai and raised in New York City. Her styling career began over 10 years ago working for magazines such as Vanity Fair, WWD, W, and Details in NYC.
Her interest in China's growing fashion industry began when she became the New York fashion editor for the innovative I.T Post magazine. After many trips back and an opportunity to become style editor for Vogue China, she decided to base herself in Shanghai.
Yi currently freelances for many international brands and consults for multiple luxury companies looking to launch in China. Her client list includes Vogue China, Chanel, Neiman Marcus, Maybelline, Olay, Sephora, and many more. She also works very closely with emerging Chinese designers and Chinese fashion brands.
