• Photokina, Cologne, September 23rd - 28th. The world of imaging provides Germany's biggest photo industry fair, including exhibitions, demonstrations and lots of industry-leading information. As part of the Visual Gallery space the fair will include the 21st BFF Promotion Awards and the Reinhart-Wolf Award 2009.
• September 18th sees the Die Klappe awards ceremony in Hamburg, one of Germany's most prestigious commercial awards presentations.
