"These images were taken during my recent trip to the Upper Tiber Valley, the heartland of Italy. My time there was spent with makers, farmers and food producers. I was moved by their sense of history and tradition in the fields and the pride and care taken in the kitchen."

Dominic currently resides in Philadelphia where he operates a photography studio in a 160 year old church. His most recent work can be found in a wide range of campaign advertising for global brands; cookbooks and culinary editorial publications; web commerce; and the private collections of notable contemporary collectors.
