Claudio Bader's industrial photographs are distinguished by a refreshing, cool beauty: views of interiors and exteriors that are out of the ordinary. In his versatile editorial reportage work, he creates depth - in both senses of the word - with an image architecture in which aesthetics do not compete with content.
The fascination for technique, its symmetry in the purest form, together with an Italian sense of beauty, art and culture are the poles around which Claudio playfully maneuvers his images.
His principle photo studio is based in Lugano. Claudio operates mainly between Zurich and Genoa, working for renowned magazines and companies including The New York Times, Der Spiegel, NZZ am Sonntag, Land Rover, MAN, Swiss Federal Railways and Victorinox.
