"Right now we need comfort more than ever. 

We need comfort, we need warmth, in reality, we need a hug… but in lieu we need something that’s going to grab you from the inside and provide some distant fond, comforting memories, or give you that hug.

Never before in my living memory has the need to make every day special been more important than now.  

I’ve selected these images to do just that. 

Essentially they are everyday meals. But they are special. Every one of them (at least for me), evokes a sense of more. A sense of childhood or comfort.  A memory of food that makes everything alright.
