It has blackout blinds on windows, should you want to control or remove the light, as well as a massive full hight blackout curtain, halving the studio to separate the areas. Fully heated, it's a wonderful space to work in.

Situated in the heart of Burgess Park in SE London, it offers a loading area out front and plenty of street parking close by.
