In 1997, he served during his military time in Paris at the Etablissement Cinematographique et Photographique des Armees. This job led him to work closely with the French government. Estefano Onatrac Athens - Amsterdam

Estefano likes to give a look behind the scenes with his travel stories, he likes to show where the products come from. The name of his project is: “People behind Food”, as an indication that it is about the people behind the products that we buy every day.

The episode “People of the Salt fields", was for a supermarket chain, the reason was to give more attention to their in-house magazine, and promote the different kinds of “Fleur de Sel” in their stores.

In-house magazines are very popular, as airlines use them to promote countrries with stunning pictures, as well as create customer loyalty. Although airlines focus on destinations, hotels with a cosy atmosphere, you’ll end up at the end of the day with delicious food and drinks in fine restaurants. All influenced by images, as you eat with your eyes (first).

Markus Heimbach Dubai - Hamburg

Capturing a decisive moment, creating memories, conserving sensations and more – this is what compells Markus Heimbach to be a photographer. His reportages for magazines and major corporations have taken him to China, Vietnam and Australia, the United States, Siberia, the Middle East and Africa.

Markus Heimbach was born near Cologne in 1960 and lived in Amman, Jordan, for the first seven years of his life. This region still fascinates him today with its light, solitude and aridity. For the past 15 years he has made countless trips to the United Arab Emirates and Oman.

Heimbach has avoided any type of given photographic philosophy – moreover, he follows his own instincts and ideas. His claim to quality: aesthetics and precision. GPS, compass and digital topographical maps are a must along with his photo gear.

His customers include major industry and automobile corporations, shipowning and general aviation companies as well as magazines, agencies and media publishing houses. In nearly three decades he has created numerous video films, photo books and travelguide magazines, from Alaska to Oman, from St. Peter-Ording to Berchtesgaden in good old Germany.
