Alex Waber Vancouver

Living in Canada’s playground, Alex Waber has developed a strong love for nature.

Recent lifestyle projects have brought that to the fore, shooting the trails on Mount Seymour just behind Vancouver and going on a bike trip around Kamloops where Alex had the chance to document the massive destruction by last years' forest fires and the regrowth in the grasslands surrounding them.

Another very exciting project was shooting in the Vancouver Nursery, where most of the plants for Vancouver’s public gardens are grown and maintained. It was a beautiful environment full of soft cool light from white washed windows, textures, lines and of course flowers. His guide, Polly, was calmly closing up the green houses while the walked through.

Demetrius Philp Los Angeles

"My name is Demetrius Philp, Jamaican-born. A photographer that specialises in portraiture with the common aesthetics of editorial, celebrity, lifestyle and fine art. I work in California, travel when needed.

I pride myself in creating imagery that conveys the essence of a person, tapping into their humility and vulnerability to draw out their true authenticity. This is what I call the essence of individuality. I am constantly pushing myself and the medium to curate images that speak volumes and spark conversation.

I proudly bring my culture with me to each set I step on in an effort to expand the world of imagery as it continues to grasp the idea that we, Black creatives and talents have something important to offer.

In my photographs, I seek to share feelings, communicate moods and vibes, and present the world through the lens of Black artistry."

Julia Bostock London

Julia has been shooting kids, fashion and portraits for many brands and leading independent magazines in the UK and abroad for a number of years.

Constantly inspired by what she sees around her, she is always thinking of stories to capture. Referencing painting and sometimes vintage photography, she is eager to convey the emotions and moods of subjects and situations through her imagery. Through her lens she pulls something unique out of the scene, using composition and light, capturing a moment.

Alongside her commercial work, she is always documenting real life. The pandemic has helped her to slow down and notice the things around her close to home, and as a result she has touched on many delicate issues and noticed the small details. She has an empathy with people which allows her subjects to feel comfortable and at ease.

She has just returned from a trip to the Camargue where she shot more to add to her series and is soon to have an exhibition in Arles.

During lockdown she was able to work on a kids' campaign for Adidas / Lego which was shot remotely.

Editorial clients include Awkward World, Collezioni, Milk, Mini Maven, Naif, Pirouette, Rakes Progress, Vogue Bambini and The Telegraph, amongst others.

Advertising clients include Adidas x Lego, Afiniti, British Airways, Caramel, Centre Parks, Liberty, Velveteen, Marie Chantal, Mothercare, Fendi, Afiniti, Boden and Marks and Spencer.

Matthew Joseph London

2022 has been a busy year for Matthew Joseph as the advertising and commercial photography industry has got busy again! He spent much of spring shooting a variety of stills and motion projects in South Africa - the quality of light, scenery and talent there makes it an irresistible place to shoot. This included some dedicated drinks-based lifestyle stories as test work for upcoming commercial projects. He has also been busy shooting for clients in Dubai, France, Germany and across the UK.

Directing motion and films continues to play a bigger part in both Matthew’s commercial advertising work and his personal projects - there’s a creative freedom to explore beyond still images which not only fascinates Matthew but also is very welcomed by clients as the demand for content increases.

New UK representation by PROCESS is going down very well indeed and his O1-B visa is in motion to enable more shooting state-side for US clients. A busy summer awaits.
