Mayo Studios is the premier New York City production studio with in-house set shop.

It features over 10,000 sq ft of shooting space to comfortably house productions small to large. Sets can be built by the studios in-house team to accommodate your production. Their in-house prop collection is available with hundreds of pieces of furniture, lighting and accessories.

Studio XMI is a 756 square foot photo/video studio located in Foothill Ranch, California.

The space includes free parking outside the studio entrance and handicap accessibility. The studio comes equipped with remote controlled blackout curtains and a fully equipped kitchen space with a working oven, microwave, fridge, sink, and induction stove-top available for use. This space is connected to Studio XMI's headquarters through the shared hallway/private bathrooms.
