Brian is an award-winning advertising photographer based in the Chicago area who has been working for 20 years. He has a knack for taking his clients' visual ideas, and turning them into reality.

Brian’s strong sense of design, colour and his technical expertise enable him to simplify and customise his approach to every project. He also has a spacious shooting area, which comfortably accommodates three-to-four sets and a full commercial kitchen. The openness of the kitchen and the studio allows for an easy workflow when moving in and out of each set, while the kitchen has everything a food stylist would need.

Francesco and Nataly Majo are internationally-acclaimed food and lifestyle photographers. The pair are married and work together as a team, after meeting in Italy where they both studied at the European Institute of Design in Milan. Francesco studied Photography and also later earned a degree in Travel Journalism in London, while Nataly moved from Colombia to study Art Direction and Graphic Design.

Gaby Luque was born in Mexico City and studied photography at the Escuela Activa de Fotografia, in addition to following an intensive course on digital photography at the Tec de Monterrey. After finishing her studies, she began working as a freelance photographer.

Gokce Erenmemisoglu is a multi award-winning photographer based in both Istanbul and Paris. As a several-times Epica, Cannes Lions, Goldem Drum and NYFest award-winner, he also won the Gourmand Best Cookbook Photography Award in Paris in 2008 with his book 'net:425 gr'.

Gokce offers his clients a wide range of skills from studio to worldwide location shoots, using Sinar and Phase One high-end digital and post production with retouching, image manipulation, CGI and illustration techniques. 

He is also a Getty Images contributor, which lets him travel and work worldwide.

Jörk Hettmann Dusseldorf

Drawing on his years of experience and with a passion for the finer details, Jörk Hettmann has been photographing food in his studio located south of Dusseldorf since 1990.

Many renowned food companies shoot their advertising materials, packaging and billboards at the 400 m² studio, which features a fully equipped kitchen, a luxuriant stock of props, and everything necessary for successful food photography and corresponding special effects.

Who doesn't love spending an afternoon baking? OK, a lot of people, but one person who loves to bake and is happy to teach us what to do with our mixing bowls and rolling pins is Sybil Kapoor. Karen Thomas recently had the pleasure of photographing the treats that came out of the kitchen for the 'Simply Baking' book written by Sybil for The National Trust.

Karen has also recently finished working on an eight-day flower shoot for Waitrose, before which she shot both the Marks and Spencer and Waitrose Christmas press packs.

Karen has recently moved to a beautiful bigger studio in Hoxton.

And to shed the kilos after all those breads and cakes, Peter has been shooting on location in the Sardinian sunshine for a new diet book with Gino D'Acampo.

Shawn Driman Photography Cape Town

After spending over 30 years watching the world change through his camera lens, there’s little that Shawn Driman hasn’t seen - and photographed.

Primarily focusing on food photography, Shawn’s unique understanding of lighting and his insistence on “getting it right first time” means that clients receive images that require very little additional work. He enjoys long-standing relationships with a number of major convenience and fast food chains and their agencies in South Africa, as well as the large corporates who manufacture staple brands.

Shawn’s other commercial enterprise 'Living Landscapes' has taken him quite literally around the world. A quiet individual with astonishing presence, Shawn says, “when I can actually feel the energy of a place, it seems to infuse the photograph. There is another force, more than just me and my camera. I can feel it happening."

Sofie Delauw Florence

Sofie Delauw is a professional food photographer based in Florence, Italy. She works both on location and from her natural daylight studio. Sofie partners with restaurateurs, renowned chefs and food/wine producers. Her editorial work has been published in the US, Italy and Belgium.

Aside from being a full-time photographer, she runs thecuriouseater - a photography blog about foodie culture in Italy. 

Her clients include Endemol.it, San Pelligrino, La Cucina Italiana, Jolly Caffe and Gastronomia Toscana.

Tim Hill London

Tim and Zoe have completed photography of tapestry kit cushions for Hugh Ehrman, a favourite long-term client, going back to Tim’s still life shooting roots before food took over. Most of the shots were done on location around the house instead of building sets in the studio, creating interesting images at the cost of domestic upheaval and chaos.

The baking part-work continues to produce cakes, biscuits and brownies to tempt the unwary.

Zoe is sourcing backgrounds and props for the next book of Basque recipes with chef Ash Mair that is due to start in a couple of weeks.

Tony Briscoe London

Tony Briscoe is a London-based food and drink photographer. His photography has a fresh, natural, graphic style which he captures whether on location or in his Clerkenwell studio.

Tony continues to work with an extensive number of advertising, PR, packaging and editorial clients. Some of his recent work includes Kraft’sChoccy Philly’ campaign and photography for Philadelphia’s new innovative lenticular packaging.

He has also been involved in new campaigns for Prosciutto di San Daniele and Grana Padano Cheese working alongside the chef Giancarlo Caldesi.

Tony is currently shooting another cookbook with recipes written by acclaimed chefs to be published later this year.
