Lars-Arne Scharl constantly looks for new challenges as a photographer. His origins lie in action sports photography, a field known for its versatility and beauty but also for its physical demands and often extreme shooting conditions.
Lars began his photographic career in 2006 and a year later won the 'Wettbewerb für Sportfotografie 2007', Germany's biggest competition for young sports photographers.
He loves to spend his time in the wild, capturing action sports in natural environments when the light is best - even if that means spending hours in -20°C temperatures and then having about five minutes of great light to work with!
Recent photo travels have taken him to Russia, South Africa and Finland. Besides his photography, Lars also produced a short video clip in 2012 - a low-budget film edited by Fabian Kluhs, for which the two of them travelled to Spain and Finland to accompany a young bike athlete. The clip has been viewed more than 80,000 times on YouTube alone.
Recent clients include Red Bull, Kempa, iXS, DMR Bikes, Dartmoot Bikes and NS Bikes.
Since 2011, he has been a member of the f-stop Staff Pro team.
Laurence is passionate about making the ordinary seem extraordinary. Known for his dramatic photography, he seeks to convey a quiet and soulful intensity in his imagery through his keen sense of lighting, direction and production.
Based in Dublin, Ireland, Laurence mostly works on location. His focus is on people and sports photography for commercial, non-profit and editorial clients that include major global brands as well as small independents.

Paul Calver is a freelance sports, portrait and lifestyle photographer based in London.
Working in a natural, energetic and graphic style, Paul's work is inspired by a passion and understanding for the sports he photographs.
Paul has recently worked for high profile brands such as Adidas, Rapha, Bupa + Red Bull.
Paul is represented by Balcony Jump, London. More of his work can be seen at his website.
Munich-based photographer Peter Schreiber's passion for both sea and speed comes from his past as a professional windsurfer. Today, he chases that passion across the world's oceans capturing the glory of mega-yachts. His aim is not only to show the boats but to smell the water, feel the wind and hear the waves through his pictures.
Shooting with specially designed waterproof equipment and rigs allows him to get closer to the boats than their skippers would like! He still manages to catch his speed thrills, however, shooting motorcycles for various clients such as BMW, Ducati and Hein Gericke.
Peter spends the rest of the year travelling around the world to shoot for various advertising and fashion clients.
He is represented by Mary Bin Photographers.
Phil Haynes has burst onto the London photographic scene as part of the new generation of sports photographer who is in complete control of his images from production, photographing through to retouching. Phil is full of energy, creativity and passion.
Following a meteoric rise through assisting some of the top advertising photographers in the UK, Phil continued working on a sports portfolio that has been a work-in-progress over the last two years.
Phil candidly admits that his reasoning for mainly shooting sport is the result of him being a failed athlete. "This way I get to portray myself through whoever I am shooting, I decide how high I want them to jump or how fast to run, and secretly I am portraying myself as an athlete."
Phil is represented by The Peter Bailey Company in the UK. More of his work can be seen at his website.
Rob Matthews is a London-based specialist sports photographer who is equally happy on location as he is in the studio.

He has shot surfing images in some of the most unlikely areas, including Iceland, Russia, Mozambique and Madagascar. With a formal photographic background from RMIT in Melbourne and experience assisting legendary Magnum photographer Burt Glinn in New York, Ted’s style has a solid technical foundation combined with the influence of photojournalism, resulting in real pictures from real situations.
With experience from years photographing in surf in the impact zone, Ted now translates this knowledge to fashion, advertising and editorial in and around the water.
