The fun fair Spreewald in Berlin is the backdrop for Christoph Siegert’s latest series of pictures with a wild urban look. The team set off on a day trip to this permanent pleasure park from the days of the DDR, which has been closed since 2001. Balloons and bunting vs. a Cuban dancer and a crazy looking dinosaur - the urban jungle - "It was the battle of the century and every era has something to offer, whether it be Batman or Burlesque!"
Christoph's task at the Königliche Porzellan-Manufaktur (KPM, Kings Porcelain Factory) in Berlin was to create authentic images for BMW’s business magazine about the turnaround of the factory under the leadership of Jörg Woltmann. Mr Woltmann is featured sitting next to a bust of his predecessor, Fritz (the King), who he calls "my little boss.“ The magazine will be delivered to BMW's corporate clients.
For the international liquid-handling specialists Starlab, agency SOP Hamburg and Studio Siegert produced six online films for the international market, in French, Italian, German and English. "As you navigate through the website you are greeted by the avatar who tells you about the different aspects of the production process and the experts who explain their passion in providing the best quality and service."
