Alicia Stepp is an award-winning, internationally published fashion and beauty photographer. Ten years as a graphic designer helped her develop and hone the aesthetic sensibility that inspired her to launch a career in photography in 2007.

Her engaging images are a testament to her natural ability to establish a genuine connection with her subjects. Her work is elevated but fun, with adventurous moments and emotional stories living side-by-side with clean, structured silhouettes that reveal her instinctive understanding of colour, light, and form.

Alicia’s always up for an adventure, and is available to clients worldwide, but her home base is in Dallas, Texas where she enjoys a life full of music, art, travel and quiet time at home with her husband and cats.

Her clients include American Airlines, At&T, Beehive, Kevyn Aucoin, Mary Kay, Rituel De Fille, Spotify, Tiffany’s and more.

Her work has also appeared in publications such as Flanelle, Halcyon, Jute, Ladygunn, La Plus Belle and Solstice.

Alicia recently shot a global beauty campaign for Mary Kay.
