For the 12th consecutive year, Michelle d’Eze has two operational headquarters: during winter, it's six months in the sunny Dominican Republic, while for the rest of the year he is based out of multifaceted Quebec.

The dual-front operation has paid off for the company. To date, it has worked on more than 50 projects including TV reality series, catalogues, advertising, magazine features and TV commercials.

Across both headquarters the firm offers an extensive range of support services that can be booked individually or as a complete package, including local producers, fixers, location scouts, set managers/coordinators, permits, casting, equipment rental, accommodation, catering, transportation (automobiles, boats, helicopters, Winnebago rentals) and all other production needs.

Over the last three years, the company has quadrupled its business, with contracts from international clients including Volkswagen (Los Angeles), Swarovski (Liechtenstein), Tysabri Pharmaceuticals (New York), Oxelo for Decathlon (France), Occupation Double (reality TV), CBC, W, GQ, InStyle, Men's Health, Harper's Bazaar (New York), Caribbean Tourism Organisation, Young & Rubicam Paris (Kiabi), Garraud (Paris), Boston Proper (Boca Raton), Tom's (Los Angeles), Rogers (Toronto), Timberland, Lancaster (Paris), Reitman's (Quebec), Arcadia (London), Reebok and Air Paris.
