Based in the friendly cosmopolitan sunny city of Cape Town, Base Model Agency recently celebrated 20 years in the business. Headed by ex international top model Neal Vincent, the company is proud of old school values with an ongoing edgy young flavour.

"The secret to our success is that we are able to reinvent ourselves keeping with the times and ensuring that our models from around the world are exposed to international clientele.

Even though Covid 19 has negatively impacted the global community, we at Base Model Agency have persevered amidst it all. Some of the successful campaigns and jobs landed, to mention a few, are Beuer, BMW, Esquire Magazine, Marc O’Polo, In Black Magazine and the face of the new Avon Fragrance Rebel x Diva South Pole, Kenneth Cole. Other home grown success stories include Polo SA, Oakley, Nautica and Truworths. While also nabbing leading TVC roles for Colgate, Kia 5, Playboy and Perrier Water. We kept at it and in August 2020 confirmed the sought after Men's Health cover in three international countries!

Proving that perseverance and reinvention during trying times by keeping with the new norm has allowed us to make lemonade out of lemons. We have emerged from it all with much gratitude and we are all systems go for another amazing season!"
