Gary’s newest loft is a 4,500 square foot penthouse on 36th Street, just off 5th Avenue. It has excellent light from four skylights and three walls of windows. Other features include: wide plank wood floors; a beautiful shooting bathroom with movable walls; a 100 year old claw foot tub that can be placed anywhere in the loft; and an easily accessible rooftop with a brilliant view of the Empire State Building.
One floor below is a 2,000 square foot studio with Brazilian cherry floors and modern furnishings that can be rented with the penthouse or separately.
In Williamsburg, Gary has recently added a third loft to the original two. The first floor is 3,600 square feet with white floors, 20 windows on four sides, a glass roll-up garage door and bathroom. The second floor is 4,000 square feet and has an antique walnut floor, a large shooting bathroom with open shower and claw foot tub. The new third floor has honey maple floors and modern furnishings.
All the studios include high-speed wireless internet, stereos and a basic grip package with camera carts, apple boxes, foam core, auto poles, sandbags, cappuccino machines and plenty of power.
