Mark Gamba
Portland, OR
Mark Gamba's love for photography blossomed in childhood in the basement of his parent's Glenwood Springs, Colorado home. Leafing through the pages of LIFE and National Geographic, the young boy decided that a life of travel and photography was the life for him. Fueled by those boyish dreams, he started shooting and developing his eye. In high school, he took the assignment of school photographer under his belt and has been going hell-bent for leather ever since.
Although best known for shooting eye stopping images in impossible situations , Mark has a versatility that draws the attention of commercial and editorial clients like: UPS, adidas, Salem, Carhartt Clothing, Jeep, Nikon, Vibram Five Fingers, National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, PGE, National Geographic, Sunset, ESPN magazine, Outside, Fortune and Sports Illustrated.
Lately Mark has been concentrating on environmental issues for a number of NPOs and conscious corporations.
