STILL LIFE PHOTOGRAPHY Jul 2017

Amsterdam: Mathilde Karrèr Photography

Mathilde Karrèr's work is about details, light and textures. Inspired by classical paintings or contemporary graphic style, a well balanced image is the result. Her portfolio is a combination of both moody and graphic, bright images.

Set designing and styling is an aspect Mathilde loves to get involved with. She is currently working on a non commissioned series, inspired by a recurring theme - 16th and 17th Century stil life in black and white.

In her free time she loves to browse antiques stores to find beautiful props to use in her photography.

Mathilde has done commissioned work for the likes of Tommy Hilfiger, Zalando, Olaf Hussein and Bugaboo. Her editorial work has featured in Vogue, Highsnobiety and Ace&Tate.
